Made screw barrel flintlock pocket pistols and brass barrel flintlock blunderbusses. Also flintlock muskets with Royal Cypher. Shop in London.

KING, John 3, Apprentice to Henry Brind, 1750; turned over to William Shaw, 1751; free of the Goldsmiths Co., 1757. Silversmith, maker of silver gun furniture, regd. mark at Goldsmiths’ Hall, 1775-89. Similar marks appear on gun furniture as early as 1765.
