An 1895 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword. With straight single edged blade, double edged towards the point, cut with a long central fuller and etched with scrolling foliage on both sides, crowned VR cypher, regulation plated steel hilt incorporating VR cypher, wire bound fish skin grip, in its palted steel scabbard with two suspension rings, complete with white leather strap and acorn sword knott.
