Description

An Unusual Halberd, 17th Century. With very long central blade of flattened diamond section, crescentic axe-blade with pierced sections with small trefoils, the rear fluke en suite, an open socket extending to a pair of long straps on a wooden haft, of octagonal section with carved edges, with a curved spike at the base of the socket.
